Instructions:

1. When restoring factory settings, only parameters with underlines in the menu will be restored, and other parameters will not be automatically restored or cleared.

2. The [Send Local Parameters] menu allows the parameter settings of underlined items in the local device to be sent to another or multiple lighting fixtures via DMX data cable, avoiding repeated setup work. When the receiving fixture receives the correct parameters, it will perform a reset.

2. Troubleshooting

Fault

Solution

Lamp does not power on and shows no response at all.

Ø Check if the fuse is damaged.

Ø Verify that the AC voltage is normal.

Ø The switching power supply inside the lamp body may be damaged.

Ø The control board inside the lamp body may be damaged.

Lamp is not controlled.

Ø Check if the DMX signal is normal. When normal, the DMX signal indicator on the display panel will flash.

Ø Verify that the address code is set correctly.

Ø Check if the channel mode is set correctly.

Ø Check if the DMX signal cable is too long or if the number of daisy-chained lamps is excessive.

The XY axis positioning is abnormal.

Ø The optocoupler sensor may be damaged or improperly installed, causing error correction even in the correct position. Set [XY Error Correction Enable] to [No] in the menu, adjust the optocoupler sensor circuit board to a suitable position, or replace the circuit board.
